To maintain a professional, family-friendly environment, Vivid Street maintains strict quality controls over the content displayed across our network. We are committed to protecting the atmosphere of our host businesses and the reputation of our advertisers

Prohibited Content

  • Controlled Substances: Including alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, or vaping products.

  • High-Interest & Predatory Lending: Including title loans, payday loans, and check-cashing services.

​

  • Neutrality Standards: To maintain a neutral and inclusive environment for all viewers, we do not host advertisements for religious organizations, political campaigns, or advocacy groups.

​

  • Regulated & Sensitive Categories: We do not host ads for gambling, weapons, or adult-oriented products.

​

  • Aggressive Solicitations: We avoid "high-pressure" sales tactics or intrusive personal injury advertisements.

​

  • Visual Integrity: To keep our screens looking sharp, we do not allow low-resolution media, rapid flashing, or strobe effects.
     

  • Intellectual Property Compliance: We do not host content that uses copyrighted images, logos, or music without proof of ownership or licensing.
     

  • Unverified Health Claims: To protect our viewers in medical environments, we do not accept ads for weight-loss supplements, "miracle" cures, or non-FDA approved medical treatments.
     

  • Employment & Solicitation Schemes: We do not host "Get Rich Quick" schemes, Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) opportunities, or predatory recruitment ads.
     

  • Resale of Airtime: All advertising must be purchased directly through Vivid Street. We do not allow the brokering or reselling of our screen time to third-party entities.
     

  • Professional Aesthetic Standard: To maintain the high-end look of the Vivid Street Network, we reserve the right to review and suggest edits for any advertisement that does not meet our graphic design standards. We want your business—and our screens—to look their absolute best.

     

The Host Business Guarantee


We believe your place of business should belong to you. We provide three layers of protection for our Authorized Display Partners:
 

  1. Category Exclusivity: We will never display an advertisement for a direct competitor inside your building. Example: If you are a mechanic, you will never see another local mechanic on your screen.
     

  2. In-House Promotion: As a thank you for hosting a Vivid Street display, you have the right to feature your own "house ads" or special promotions on your screen at no additional cost.
     

  3. The Vivid Street "Founding Partner" Perk: As long as you host a Vivid Street display, we will run your business advertisements across our entire network of screens for free. This is our "Forever Partnership"—as we grow and add more locations, your brand grows with us at no extra charge. (Free network-wide ads are limited to one standard 15-second slot per rotation. Additional slots always available for purchase).

Right of Refusal


Vivid Street reserves the right to decline any advertisement that does not align with our commitment to a professional, community-focused experience. We work closely with our partners to ensure every ad is appropriate for the specific audience in their building.
